 d its surrounding districts will once again be transformed into an open-a
 ir book fair brimming with literary discoveries. We invite you to immerse
  yourselves in the fascinating world of books as part of our popular city
  literature festival\, ‘Literatur findet Stadt’. For 16 days\, Halden
 sleben will become a mecca for book lovers who enjoy reading – and\, in
  this case\, listening.\n\nIn unusual spots and popular venues\, we promi
 se you exciting encounters\, entertaining readings and inspiring discussi
 ons centred on one of the world’s most wonderful hobbies. In the surrou
 nding districts\, too\, the organisers have once again come up with some 
 great ideas and are opening up interesting reading venues for literary ev
 ents.\n\nThis year’s programme is a colourful smorgasbord of literary d
 elights – look forward to a vibrant stage for literature\, language and
